The adjustable screw mechanism lets you dial in exactly the right pressure, and the chain clinks just enough to remind you it's there. I've worn them for longer sessions without any numbness creeping in, which is more than I can say for other clamps I've tried.
The silver chain has just the right weight to it—enough to feel the tug when you move, but not so heavy it pulls them off. Took a minute to get the screws set to my liking, but once I did, the pressure stayed perfect through the whole session.
The adjustable screws let me dial in just the right amount of pressure, and that silver chain adds a lovely bit of weight when you move. It's playful but sturdy, definitely spiced things up way more than I expected.
